Hearing impaired people face communication problems everyday especially when they are trying to learn and to carry out every day tasks. In order to fund the "Hearing-Impaired Baking Skills Training Program" of the "Product Integration of Diverse Marketing Plan" created by the Sound Corp. of Yunlin County Association for Advancement, the County Government used Yunlin County lottery surplus to run the program to enhance the skill of people with hearing disability. At 10:00 am on August 9 of year 102, an demonstration event will be held at the Association Council Hall. We welcome everyone to come to taste various delicious snack made by the students and hope the praise from everyone who joint us at the event will bring encouragement to the students and make them challenging themselves more.

The training program began at the end of March through the end of July this year. Particularly, the program hired a well-known baker Cai Zhao Quin to instruct the students during this 20 sections/120 hours program. Fifteen participants attended in the program throughout. Social Affairs Department of the County Government expressed the hope that through this project the hearing impaired people can continuously gain skills and long term employment opportunity. With helps from Facebook fans and EDM, students handmade products can be marketed and distributed freely.
