From August 2nd to November 9th, 2014 Yunlin Agriculture Ecology Park Art Festival will take
place every Saturday 4:30PM to 5:30PM. Cultural Affair Department chair Liu mentioned, more
than 40 art and musical groups ranging from America, Japan, Korea, Philippine to Taiwan, will
perform on stage with diverse and creative talents to celebrate the lend of agriculture in Yunlin.
Don Don Dance Group and Musician Zhe Yi performed at the opening on July 24th.
Don Don choreography group, which is soon to be invited to perform in Netherland, opened the
2014 art festival in the auditorium with a splendid play with musician Zhe Yi Li. Cultural Affair
department chair Liu, Huwei township governor Lin, and Agriculture Ecology Park executive
Tsai accompanied all the youths and elders to amaze the international art festival.
" At dusk, over 40 well-trained performance groups will showcase their works along with the
agriculture expo motto: people, land, and crops, the triangular mean, presenting agricultural spirit
and energy." said department chair Liu.
Ecology Park executive Tsai indicated, in order to emphasize on the importance of agriculture,
we especially implemented local dialects and traditions to the three major themes - "step up,
global up, and jazz up", defining the diversity of Agriculture Ecology Park. Within one hour of
themed shows, spreading the core and excellence of agriculture becomes embedded in sharing
awareness of arts and crafts.

Domestic show groups include the east coast music band - Suming: electronic music to portray
Min Nan Culture, Matzka music: one step a time to show Formosa, Light Engine Band from
outstanding new Golden Melody group prize. Using Taiwan, Formosa Island as an artistic
backdrop, the bands shines with Golden Melody prizes to fully celebrate the features of 2014
Yunlin Agriculture Ecology Park.
Foreign show groups include the popular Korean Fanta Stick, Japanese Taiko The Churasa,
American The Noise Revival, Wailing Soul, and other spectacular Hip Hop music and dance.
