Taiwan Coffee Festival opening ceremony, presiding by Liu Chuan Jhih the director of Yunlin County Cultural Affairs Department, was held at Gukeng Village Huashan Elementary school. After the ceremony, Shih Ke He the deputy magistrate of Yulin Government made coffee with the director of Agriculture Department and others, having fun time of making and tasting coffee.
The spokesman of Cultural Affairs Department pointed out the Coffee Festival features guiding tourists to learn the culture of coffee in Taiwan and have free coffee, making an unforgettable Coffee Festival.
During the event, interview of coffee, learning making coffee and charity event are avavilible for tourists.
At Tung Blossom Park workstation have documantary films and photos for tourists,
Free buses are avavilible from 11/1 to 11/16 every weekend at Douliu train station and Gukeng Green tunnel.
