Press conference was held on 11th of November 2014 at Yunlin County
Government building 1, not only sharing the results of agricultural relating
product and show residents the culture of Yunlin but also at the same time to
announce Yunlin carnival, which is on the 15th of November 2014 at Huwei
Eco-park.
Yunlin County Mayor, Su, Zhi-Fen continuously emphasizing that for Rural
community to devolop will no longer be something like scenery rebuild,
building bridge or road, now Yunlin countys village and town are focusing
more towards history, culture together with agriculture. However, human
custom and culture are key to attract people.
Director-general of Planning Department, Chen, Dong-Song indicate there are
426 community in Yunlin County, some community has already become
famous tour site including re-packaging product, creating unique event. Hence,
not just attract the crowd but also synthesize local development, bring
community more possibility.
On the 15th November 2014, estimate of 80 plus community participate in the
carnival. A lot of event will be held such as DIY, some games and food etc…
The purpose of this is to let people know about Yunlin.
Moreover, there will be special public transportation stoping at the Eco-park.
