The 2015 Press Conference of the Caoling Wanderer Project

By winning the “2014 Taiwan Construction Award”, Yunlin County Government

collaborates with the primary of Caoling geological environment school and local

associations to propose the Caoling Wanderer project. Through the use of Long Stay

methods and photographing, words, images, image designs, and 3D inventions to

experience Caoling, the collaborators has work to start a press conference on the 27th

of the month in the Cultural Tribes of the Thirty-Third at Douliu city where aims to

create an experience for passionate 20 year-old people. This great opportunity will

dissipate before 2015/1/5.

Based on a well known Caoling’s historical mountain and grass in which continuously

experienced dramatic wind and shakes letting roads to be damaged defectively,

incredulously the beautiful natural view of Caoling is still exiting. Despite the old

natural looks of Caoling, hoping this project will once again attracts travelers who are

interested about its tourism and importantly passionate about its existence, the

Cultural Department Head of Liu Quanzhi said.

Proposed once again by Liu Quanzhi, the project has multiple styles including its

poem, song, writing, drawing, movie recording, and many artificial inventions. The

project will induce local and foreign visitors to experience Caoling’s local emotional

expression on its uniqueness that allows the binding of love and care to create a newly

strength of itself.

This 2015 Gukeng Caoling Wanderer Project will aim at 20-year-old participators

who are passionate about traveling, photographing, designing with a limited number

of 10 nominees available. Those nominees are required to finish a thirty-day traveling

in Caoling from 2015/1/21 to 2015/12/31. With the evaluation by the Planning

Department, funds are available at the range between NT$15,000-NT$50,000. In the

meantime, the primary school of Caoling Environment and local associations will
