The Yunlin County Government Department of Environmental Protection calls for
fellow citizens to take seriously on this living environment and allows their
consciousness on the environment to turn into strength. Coloring the rice field as to
symbolize the environmental protection in Citong Township and the rice field besides
elementary school will induce people to protect this land altogether.
The head of the Department of environmental protection Ceng Chunmei suggests the
event should titled as “The Love on Earth Ensures the Green Planet”. The colored
drawing portrays images and should last about a cycle before it crops.
Before cropping on the 10th, the event invites all teachers and student in the Qiaohe
elementary school for photos taking in the colored drawing rice field. Through its
green innovation, people will experience the importance and continuous of green on
earth.
The concept on protecting the love on earth should start at the root. Through this
event, people should experience the nature of richness and love by coloring the rice
field and should turn the place into a tourist spot, letting more people to acknowledge
the importance of protecting the environment, Ceng Chunmei said.
