Owing to the thought of promoting tour industry in Caoling, Lee Chin Yung, the
magistrate of Yunlin County, visited the Shibi tribe in Caoling with the experts,
hoping there is a way to avoid tourists not having a good time.
Unfortunately, facilities in Caoling had been ruined. The bamboo arbor and the
bamboo bridge, which are popular to tourists, had been dangerous to rest and pass.
It will be a frustration to tourists who come to Caoling.
The magistrate claimed that these places must be reconditioned and reorganized,
including the lookout, the toilet, bamboo arbor and plants. He also stated by the
effort of the experts and its’ beautiful scene, Caoling will be a nice place for tourists.
