The Land Administration Office has released the amendment for “An Instruction to Real Estate” on April 13 for the year of 104. Effective on 1st Oct, this amendment consists a large addition of agent’s obligations to disclose current status of properties, investigations of the surrounding environment and its interpretations. This will serve as an attempt to better protect the buyers and sellers of real estates.
The Land Administration Office said, brokers should produce the instruction to real estate documents and present to prospect buyers before engaging, and make it a part of the signing contract. The prospect buyers/sellers should request for a copy of the amended “An Instruction to Real Estate” from brokers, to stay informed and to better protect their interests.
