To create a harmonious working environment and to protect labor rights, the county department actively coaches each business unit organize labor-management meetings. There have been 963 meeting hosted ending in November 104th year, effectively reducing labor-management disputes and protecting the interests of labor.
The Labor Department said that labor-management conferences help improve labor-management relations and promote labor-management cooperation. It is a consultation system designed to guard against all kinds of labor issues in before its occurrence. Through meetings between the same number of representatives on each side, hosted on regular basis and in the form of proposal discussions, and through solutions reached by majority votes to create a win-win vision for labors and the management.
Labor Department stressed that it will continue to coach and set up labor-management sessions to enhance communication between employers and employees within the enterprise, to reduce confrontational conflicts, and to help the two sides reach consensuses.
