Under the regulations, failing to do vehicle inspection, and the license plate is cancelled by the supervisory authority. If the vehicle is caught using on public road or "parking" , "temporary parking" on public road, in accordance with the second paragraph of 28th Article of license plate tax’s law, the road user will be punished and be ordered to pay past-due tax.
The Revenue Service Bureau of Yunlin County, explains that the vehicle is not regularly inspected and the license plate is cancelled by the supervisory authority. If the vehicle is still not applied for inspection to the supervisory authority and not registered to do re- licensed, the road user shall not drive it on public roads.
