To further investigate and gather taxable income information, the taxing authority mandates the public to provide all related documentations and information when inquired. The inquired personnel should not reject such inquiry without a proper cause, or he or she will be fined for no more than 30,000 NTD.
The Tax Bureau asks the public to remain cooperative and provide all necessary documents when received inquiries from the taxing authorities, in effort to keep the integrity of the taxing system.
