To assist the occupational-injured workers fight for their rights, Yunlin County government sets up the occupational-injured labor service window, in hope to provide immediate and convenient support to occupational-injured workers and their families. This was done in aim to help occupational-injured workers and their families return to normal life as soon as possible.
After the occurrence of occupational accidents, the lives of these people and their families would be drastically affected by the impact. They often have no idea how to protect their interests or how to deal with psychological pressures, hence put their families in difficult positions.
Magistrate Li understands the challenges of the occupational-injured workers, and assigns the Labor department to assist, with compassion, the occupational-injured workers fight for their rights. Through the initiative of telephone care, counseling, medical care referral, employment training, labor dispute mediation, and combined resources, such as social emergency relief, government relief funds and other services, the government hopes to help occupational-injured labor through the tough time.
