Yunlin County Government Labor Department has been promoting Employment Application Platform for Disabled and Additional Skillset Training Center since 104th year, in aim to help minorities employed. These experiences show that over 50% of the disabled lack confidence to securing employment. The Labor Department then introduced 2 batches of preparatory groups and work with schools in assisting the newly-grads with disabilities to understand the job market, to build work ethics, and better interviewing skills. 205 people were successfully employed ending December 104th year employed as a
disabled persons. This year the department continued to actively handle the handicapped employment platform and a second skill training centers, groups and lectures prepared through pre-employment, vocational training, workplace experience, employment matchmaking, combined with job re-design and other related resources to help the handicapped suitable employment, employers and employment of disabled persons do good interaction and understanding, strengthen the employment of disabled persons force.
