With the arrival of Summer vacation, Yunlin County will launch a project promoting popular agricultural factories across the county. “Sightseeing tour across fun Agricultural sites” consists of 10 tourist routes, taking visitors to various agricultural factory tourist attractions.
“Welcome to Yunlin! Let’s enjoy Summer vacation at various tourist attractions!” On the morning of June 30th, a press conference was hosted by Magistrate Li Jinyong, Economic Affairs Director Su Kongzhi, and News Department Director Zhang Kaijie to promote the project. At the press conference, products from various local tourist attractions were exhibited. Magistrate Li Jinyong made special mentions on products such as the pure soy sauce, sesame oil, Taiwan Snapper, Taiwan Mackerel (yi ye gan qiu dao yu), Yunlin quality pork, drink wine and experience a wine spa, and make MIT towel cakes.
Magistrate Li Jinyong said, there is a vast number of agricultural specialties in Yunlin, such as the Xiluo Soy Sauce, Gukeng Wine, Taiwan Snapper, high-quality pork, and also a DIY towel making industry. Yunlin welcomes all visitors, locals or tourists, to come enjoy the tours to have a taste of all the products as well as participating in the DIY programs at the industries to get the full experience Yunlin has to offer. The programs include activities such as making and designing a personalized cake towel, experiencing a wine spa, having a taste of Yunlin’s special sesame flavored ice cream as well as many other delicious foods.
