The Fourth River Management office of the Water Resources Agency(WRA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs(MOEA) is carrying out dredging of the Zhuoshui River channel, which would increase the dust hazards of residents along the coast. The 4nd River Management office,WRA is required to postpone the dredging project to maintain good air quality and protect the health of residents along the coast.
