A total of 65 items of zongzi (ice zongzi, meat zongzi), peanuts, chestnut kernels, black bean paste, salted egg yolks, dried mushrooms, dried shrimps, poultry and livestock meat, vegetables and fruits, seasonings, etc. The inspection items include microbial hygiene standards in food, preservatives, sweeteners, aflatoxin, bleaching agents, fungicides, Sudan coloring, boric acid and its salts, animal drugs (beta-receptor hormones), pesticide multiple residue analysis (410 items), etc. The inspection results all meet the requirements.
