The observance day of the indigenous people at the age of the year is the commemorative day of the Ministry of Interior and Article 4 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Holidays. Holidays shall be taken, and the date of the holiday shall be subject to the announcement of the Indigenous Peoples Committee of the Executive Yuan. In addition, Article 37 of the Labor Standards Act stipulates that employers should take vacations and pay the wages on the anniversaries and holidays that the Ministry of the Interior has decided to take vacations.
