Yunlin County government and Gukeng township office promote "Taiwan’s Gukeng coffee" actively and combine with Huashan beautiful landscape areas to promote local leisure industry. The event will hold for eight days that start from November 2 until November 24, 2013 during every Saturday and Sunday. The Gukeng green Tunnel Park, Gukeng Huashan coffee shops’ street and other places continue to organize the "Taiwan coffee Festival" to attract people to visit Gukeng township. In order to avoid road traffic resulting from activities surrounding congestion and parking problems, Yunlin County police department activities venue and surrounding roads for traffic control work to strengthen and effectively alleviate traffic then maintain smooth flow of traffic.

Vehicular access:
Gukeng Green Tunnel northern entrance (connection -off point under the car)
Control Date: From November 2 until November 24, 2013 during every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. only.
Gukeng Huashan Coffee shops’ street: Yunlin 208 rural highway – the east from the Chagall Coffee to the west intersection of Hongguo café and to the south of Xiejiao bridge’s Singapore parking lot entrances.
Control Date: From November 2 until November 24, 2013 during every Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. only.
For no parking road: start from the police station of Huashan area and Huashan elementary school up to Fuhua temple therefor, one-way parking is prohibited.
Yunlin County Police Department represent that they will coordinate this activity with Yunlin County government and to dredge traffic control work, especially for the surrounding roads near venue which are Gukeng green tunnel and Gukeng Huashan coffee shops’ street. The police department plans to dredge the traffic control and performed to ensure the smooth road. Please use the passers-by during the period of transit roads to avoid regulation from traffic control measures, so as to avoid affecting the public valuable time.
During the day of activity will reach more than a thousand people involved. Police patrols will strengthen the anti-theft service activities and call to engage the public can alert to suspicious people and things of your side.
