The no.20 thousand lucky winner has arrived! Ye Jia-Lun, a 2nd year junior high school student from Shengang, Changhua, was honored by the county mayor with two huge delicate gifts on the 22nd. Ye was astonished and extremely delighted to be the no.20 thousand winner. "Im too lucky! Its like daydreaming." Ye said.
The winner is a junior high student from Changhua. Mayor Su presented him with precious gifts in person. The student was in a huge surprise.
