The 17th county governor Lee Jinyong who took post at 25th of December announced
new Vice County Governor as Zhang Huangzhen, secretary of News Department
Head as Lin Mengyi, CEO of beef market Huang Caifu as the new Executive
Department Head, and repositioned Xu Musheng who was once the head of the News
Department as the Consultant. Others remained the same.
Cleanliness, socially poor environment, and human resource were the three heavily
emphasized points listed by the County Governor Lee Jinyong. Firstly collaborating
with various counties offices, the cleanliness should appear in the agriculture system
of Yunlin County as comforts and peace.
