Yunlin County Government is in charge of the "Beigang Chinese Medical University" tax deduction land auction. The auction announcement period starts Oct 29th through Nov 30th 104th year. The auction will be held on November 30th, any interested parties are welcomed to participate in the auction.
Lands Administrations Department points out that this auctioned land would be re-classified and developed as urban land with great potential, nice street view, well-equipped facilities, and public transport facilities. There have been many phone inquiries thus far, and more participation is encouraged.
Lands Department further explains that this auction land contains both residential and commercial zones, totaling 35 lands, biddings will be taken beginning at 9am on Nov 13th through Nov 30th 104 year only. All relevant information will be available on the Land Administrations website (http://www4.yunlin.gov.tw/), in addition to the bulletin postings in government offices across the county.
