Yunlin County Huwei police branch officer Chang, Zi Yuan was noticed that pesticides had been stolen. The victim said he put 2 pesticides around the field, and discovered it disappear after he came back to the field. Resident told him it was been stolen by a rider and pesticides is put in the underbrush 300 meters away.
Considering the suspect would drop by within the following days, residents keep waiting at the spot. Suspects was showed and picked the pesticides at 11 a.m. Since the resident can’t read English so told the police he has seen green Heavy locomotive within 139 license plate.
Police precinct Huwei branch Kecu office deputy director Zhuang, Zi Yuan judged the suspect is the employee nearby and investigated along the road, therefore found the 000-139 green motorbike 1 km around the spot.
Police summoned residents to identify the theft by reviewing photos. Residents recognized him and police brought suspect to office.
The complaint was then reported and sent to Prosecutors Office of district court in Yunlin County for further investigation.
