In order to improve the polluting situation of the drainage within the jurisdiction of the Yunlin County Government, the Ma Gong Cuo Drainage was ranked as the top priority for improvement. The Ma Gong Cuo Drainage flowed through Tuku, Baozhong, Dongshi, and Taixi. The Water Pollution Fund would assist and improve the equipment of the livestock farms around the Ma Gong Cuo Drainage.
