A film set from the world-famous literature, Wuthering Heights can now be seen in Taisi,
Yunlin! Amid the deserted wetland, there exists a mansion surrendered in loneliness, and
that is "Taisi shores Life House." Because the life house is circled by wetland, you would
acknowledge the amount of emptiness and openness in the area. Magistrate Su calls it the
Taiwanese Wuthering Heights.

Experiencing the well known Wuthering Heights is not a long trip to England or Scotland
anymore, but rather a get-away to Taisi. Yunlin county magistrate Su invites you to Taisi shores
life house, to taste a different lifestyle of how shore residents live.
Magistrate Su said, "Upon arrival at the shores life house, one must pass through a seabed
boulevard. While the beautiful sceneries begin to disappear, go around the Taisi landmark Giant
Sea Snail and turn right on a sea bank, which one will then see the standalone wetland life
house existing in an uncharted land with beauty and sadness. Instantly, it can remind viewers
Wuthering Heights by the English writer Emily Brontë. Although there is not a love story behind
the life house, it represents a charming location along the Taisi coast. Young couples are greatly
welcome to visit and build their love stories.
Built as a water chalet, the exterior of the life house is made of burnt woods that not only
noticeable, but also antiseptic. It is located on the Taisi seabed wetland with 3 large fish boats as
decorations, thus lots of tourists are attracted to embody themselves in the ocean-like wetland.
In addition to Taisi Energy Coast, Taisi Marine Life Museum brings a new development to Taisi
town providing an educational playground for fishermans life, mariculture, and family time.

On August 17th afternoon, the Shore Life House held an activity, "blessed love, bounding
marathon", of which T-shirts for souvenir. Those who finish the entire race will receive a free
seafood buffet, and later that day popular bands will perform in front of the life house. It is
