Planning Department of Yunlin Government and National Development Council are going to hold “Open Data Training” in 9th of September for assisting county government to understand the application based on the lantern festival. It refers to the possibility of using data of Yunlin County Government, therefore promoting the policy.
Firstly, National Development Council explained the concept of data open, and clearly elaborate the differences between data open and data transparent. Secondly, they explained the outlook of application in Taiwan and set Yunlin County Government as an example. They also tried to brainstorm in what extent the data can be used such as Lantern Festival simulation and garbage clearing and transportation assistance.
In the future, Yunlin County Government will continuously promote data open policy for public sahring and using government resources. Sincerely invite all sections of people to add value and utilize government resouces, making data open activated and closing in relationship of people and the government.
