In order to plan the future development of Douliu, the capital of goodness in Yunlin County, today (9) Magistrate Chang Li-shan, led the Cultural Tourism Department, the Urban and Rural Development Department, the Water Resources Department, the Public Works Department and the Agriculture Department to work with Lin Mingfeng of Taiwan Sugar Corporation. The manager is currently exploring the Douliu Sugar Factory, and he would explain the overall planning of Douliu Old City and the future development direction of Douliu Sugar Factory towards the Bamboo Creation Industrial Base and the Forest Healing Promotion Base.
