On the morning of November 16, 2022, the Dounan Qingyin Symbiosis Base would hold a sharing meeting on the first anniversary of the "Happiness Economy". In mid-summer July 2021, Chairman Zhang Youzai led a group of senior food and agricultural education lecturers to Dounan, Yunlin, a major agricultural county, and settled in the Qingyin Symbiosis Base hosted by Professor Li Yahui from the Department of Adult and Continuing Education of National Chung Cheng University.
