In response to the central government's "2050 Net-Zero Carbon Emissions" goal, the Yunlin County Government designated 2023 as the "Year of Carbon-Reducing Life Action" and took a number of positive actions to implement the annual goals. This plan has been cooperating with AnSin Sustainability Co., Ltd. since October 2, 2023, to conduct ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas internal verification training and examination for internal supervisors and dedicated personnel of the county government, in order to obtain internationally valid standards. The issuance of certificates by DNV Business Assurance Co., Ltd.(DNV) lays the foundation for the county government to promote organizational carbon inventory in the future. It is also in line with the goal of "Happy Cloud Forest Sustainability" promoted by Magistrate Chang Li-shan since Magistrate took office, and faces it with a positive attitude. Regarding the issue of climate change, we would take effective actions to implement carbon reduction goals and create livable cities and rural areas.
