Graduated from National Chiayi Normal School, the ex-President of Yunlin County Fine Arts Association, Taiwan Arts & Literatures Authors Association, a member of judge penal of World Children Paintings Exhibition and Provincial Students Sketch Contest, PAN so far has given two personal shows; and his works have been placed on provincial, national public service & teachers, Tai Yang and Southern Taiwan fine arts exhibition. PAN was designated as the representative for Taiwan to attend a fine arts education meeting held in Tokyo, Japan.
